WLG's Community Chats are a safe, comfortable space where CAWLG members can learn new skills, share experiences, or get advice while connecting with other female local government leaders. The calls are held on the second Thursday of every month at 1:00 p.m. and are short, lasting only 30 minutes.


These small group calls cover a variety of topics including leadership lessons, project management, problem solving, self-care, balance, and other topics specific to women.


These are informal, comfortable sessions providing an opportunity for all attendees to speak (or just listen!) and ask questions of other women in local government. To access the Community Chat, use these credentials:
